Headland and Harbour Ward brings together the communities of Central Estate, the Headland, the Marina and Burbank. This means that Headland and Harbour Ward include both Hartlepool’s oldest and newest communities.
The ward maintains a strong maritime heritage and hosts the main visitor and tourist locations in the town including the our historic, numerous listed buildings and the fantastic National Museum of the Royal Navy.
